He is about 47 years old and has over 20 years of experience in land banking and land development services for commercial and industrial companies, identifying locations suitable for power generation industries, and developing land for industrial requirements.
He has worked with leading companies such as CNO Group UAE, RIL Jamnagar Gujarat, Onshore Group Mumbai, Fossil Logistics Pvt Ltd - Chennai, Acetech Group Coimbatore, My Home Group Andhra Pradesh, and Ind-Bharath Group Andhra Pradesh. He has expert knowledge in sectors like power, mines, real estate, green energy, and infrastructure, making him a highly versatile and experienced professional in multiple industries.
He is supported by a strong human resources team, which includes technocrats, skilled and well-trained workers in civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering, along with unskilled laborers. His expertise extends to negotiating with government agencies to successfully complete projects.
